Sareho — the platform for smart hotels
Sareho is a SaaS platform for hotel automation: it connects property-management systems, Loxone building automation and a digital guest journey into one continuous system — from online check-in and mobile room keys to automatic billing.

Who it is for
Hotels and apartment buildings from around 25 rooms in the DACH region — new builds as well as existing properties. An interactive demo hotel shows the platform in live operation.
The connection to Smartsystem
Sareho was founded in 2025 as an independent Sareho GmbH, which we co-built. The platform's building automation is based on our Loxone and integration experience from projects since 2010.
